Custom Area Rug Process

For custom area rugs the first step in the process would be to measure and figure out the size you will need the rug made into. Once you figure out the size it would be best for you to come into the store and browse around our large selection of carpet so you can feel and see what we offer. Once you have selected a carpet you like, you would than look through our binding or serging colors and select an edging from those options. Lastly one of our sales representatives would write up a quote. If you approve of the quote we would then begin the process of getting the area rug made into the custom size. From the time you approve the quote and pay for the order it can be anywhere from 2-3 weeks before your rug will be completed and ready for pickup.

Custom Stair Runner Process

The process of getting a stair runner custom made is very similar to getting an area rug. One of the main differences is that we do come and measure the stairs to figure how much carpet we would need. If the stairs are anything but straight such as, spiral, L-shaped, U-shaped, etc. than we would need to send out an installer to template the stairs to make sure we get the perfect fit for the runner. After getting the measurements/template we would than order your materials. Once you have selected a carpet you like you would than look through our binding or serging colors and select a edging from those options. Lastly one of our sales representatives would write up a quote. If you approve of the quote, we would then begin the process of getting the stair runner made and booking an install date. Finally once the stair runner is completed we would install the runner.
